Melbourne Travelogue 2015 | Part 2
11:50:00 PMLast day in Melbourne - Free and easy day
Dad's friend brought us to visit University of Melbourne. I was seriously considering about studying over there, losing my hope for NUS. To my surprise, just right when we returned to hotel after the uni tour, my dad received notification that i got accepted by NUS! Omg, we were all damn shocked haha!
I really love the campus environment, the mixture of old and modern buildings and open spaces.
This is the Melbourne School of Design building, so cool right?
Their fabrication lab, saw this student doing 3D printing.
Major love the study area. It was study week that time, so many students were studying for their exams.
Super cool studio!
Every single corner is uniquely designed!
Uni melb is like our SMU, just in the middle of town.
We begin our free and easy after lunch. We simply just took the free tram around and alighted whichever stop we want.
First stop: Federation Square
The river just behind the building.
Silly brother trying to slide down the curve stair ~
Third stop: Melbourne State Library
So overwhelmed by the library's interior!!!
I wouldn't mind studying here all day(:
Last stop: Victoria market. Just look at the fresh seafoods!!Homemade chocolate stores ^^ We bought so much at super cheap prices!
This is seriously a must go place for tourist to shop! Everything here are on wholesale prices, super duper cheap compare to outside! So many unique stuffs around that we won't find it anywhere else. But of course, there will be quite a bit of repeated items. I found quite a few gem there okay haha!
Looking like pasar malam thou.
