Melbourne Travelogue 2015

11:52:00 PM

Hello there!
Oops, didn't know I haven't been updating this space for awhile.
Its finally school holiday for me! Hoping to take this time to do up my Australia travelogue(:
----------------

Touched down at Melbourne about 5am in the morning. First stop was to our farmstay, and this was how the exterior of the house looks like.
This was one of our rooms for 5. This room is crazily huge, we even have our own bathroom and fireplace in the room. Loving the vintage european style <3

The little pantry area just right infront of my bed!(:
OMG, I MAJOR LOVE THIS FIRE PLACE!!!<3 Really really love the design and the coziness of the entire living space! I could just stay by the fire whole day long man. Maybe because it was too cold outside haha :P But only if we have winter in Singapore, then i would definitely have one of this! :D

Wrapping up like a ball, cause it was only 5 degree man! Brzzz
The owner's backyard farm.
They own alpacas! So CUTE right!? "Wait, did you just took a picture of me?" Hahaha
Mom feeding the small horse, it wasn't even a donkey okay. Just some kind of small breed, how interesting.
Dad doing his part time job ~

Took this group photo on the last day with the lady owner and her sons. They were about the same age range as me.
Next stop was to the city. We stayed at Swanston hotel, and this was our bedroom view!
Super convenient tram transportation in town. FYI, its free as long as you stay in the boundary of the town(:

Day 3: My dad's friend took us to Yarra Valley National Park. These huge giant trees were everywhere, and you can literally hear wind passing through the trees like the sound of waterfall. These made me thought of the drama "Sleepy Hollow" hahaha!

With Mr and Mrs Wong, both are really nice and friendly(:

High tea buffet at the famous Cuckoo Restaurant. Super satisfied with the variety and the food was way beyond delicious! We stuffed ourselves silly :P
Day 4: One day tour in Melbourne. They bought us to some nature wildlife parks, which was not natural at all. How can you call it nature wildlife park when you have animals in cage and concrete pools? But i guess, thats tourism.. Anyway, featuring the cutie koala (:
Dingo, which is a wolf-dog.
And my all time favourite, wombat ^^

Feeding the wallabies/kangaroo for the first time! Oh gosh, they were sooooooo friendly and gentle (:

Next up: Churchill Island. This is ought to be my favourite(:

Loving the lush blue and greenery! The air never felt any fresher than this!! MUST and DO visit churchill island if you are heading to melbourne. This place will blow your mind man! Somemore its an non-profit organization.
Super disappointing chocolate factory... Thumbs down** No free flow chocolates or chocolate fondue :( We got cheated!! :(

Ended the day tour with penguin parade at Philip Island. This was the only photo i had, as no photography was allowed. They were pretty strict! But i understand, cause its for the little penguins. Seeing them crashing the strong waves and heading back to their little home has never been so heart warming before, awww(:
Took this from google. If you are curious, its literally something like this! SO CUTE RIGHT, AWWWW<3
