Sydney Travelogue 2015

7:56:00 PM

Took domestic flight to Sydney from Melbourne, it was only about an hour flight. After check-in, we took a 10mins walk to Darling Habour from our hotel Holiday Inn.

The weather was warmer than in Melbourne. Probably the only time I love the sun haha!

We had our gelato by the habour(: We must be silly having icecream in the cold.

Visited the famous Sydney Wildlife Zoo and Aquarium. Super disappointing, I don't even bother taking photos. I felt so cheated man... We spent a bomb for the admission tickets for our family, and it was so small and uninteresting. I think our Zoo and parks in Singapore are like the best in the world man! I highly WOULDN'T recommend it, you are just wasting loads of money $$$. I feel so terrible bringing my family to the wrong place, and wasting my Dad's money. BOOOOOO!!

This stair reminded me of the time square spiderman's stair hahaha
Day tour the next day. All the day tour was like mehhh, they just brought us to wildlife parks every single tour. We got so tired of taking pictures with koala, seeing dingo performing and feeding wallabies/kangaroo. I suggest free and easy better, especially when you drive.

My favourite cutie <3

Among all the wildlife parks we went, my family thinks this park is the BEST! I would highly recommend that you can just only go to this park. It has everything you want to see and do here(:
Next: Dolphins and whale watching @ Nelson Bay
The super famous and cheap fish & chips over there recommended by our bus driver aka tour guide aka ticket person aka assistant all in one! So impressed!!

We took a ferry out to the sea to see wildlife dolphins.
Soaking up some sun on the upper deck~

Out in the middle of the sea. We couldn't really see the dolphins, could only see this much. I was expecting the dolphins to jump, but they just kept getting further :(

Next stop: Port Stephens Sand Dunes. We took 4 Wheels Drive aka ATV-like bus around the sand dunes. We had to sign some insurance and buckle seat belts for the ride, it seems so dangerous but i don't feel so. It was really damn fun! I don't mind taking it multiple times :P
Everyone's first time doing sand boarding! To be honest I was a little scared at the start, but I had to do it after my dad to encourage my siblings to try. It turn out not as bad as i thought, it was pretty fun! We went higher and higher up the dunes. I got sands all over my hair, face, body and pockets hahaha ^^

Went up to the highest dunes, and literally just rolled down the last 1/4 way because i lost my balance HAHAHA:P

Crashing waves, sunset, beach, cold breeze. PERFECT (:

Last stop of the night: Sydney Opera House
Didn't had time to visit in the day, and go on their architecture tour.. what a pity :(
Hope to come here another time with boyfee!
The night life here was really something. Furthermore winter time is really nice for alfresco dinning and drinking!

Last day tour in Sydney. Up to the blue mountains. I must say i really love this place! If you are a nature lover, you must visit this famous geographical site!
Took the cable ride up the mountain.

Followed by the world's steepest train ride. It was so steep that i lost balance and struggled sliding off my seat! There was limited handles for us, I had to use my feet to push against the seat in front of me to support myself. Really scary, but amazing!
A short trekking into the woods.

The legendary Three Sister Rock (:

Look at that little Joey ^^
Blackest wallaby ever!

Ended the tour with a free cruise ride back to Darling harbour.
