Read more on my adventures in Hongkong Disneyland!
Hi again!
Here's a separate blogpost solely for Disneyland.
Shouldn't bore those who are not interested in this. Its gonna be a long post of photos because we basically spent the whole day there from morning till the park closed!
If you didn't already know, I AM A HUGE DISNEY FAN!
I love everything DISNEY!!!
WINNIE THE POOH and MIKE are my ULTIMATE FAVOURITE!
I went cray cray there, and my poor friend had to control my obsession with all pooh and mike related merchandise HAHAHA :P
---
Let me share some useful tips for those getting to Disneyland for the first time!
1. Get your tickets from KLOOK
It's SGD$10 cheaper than purchasing your ticket there or from the official website.
And the BEST THING about it is that you get to skip the long queue, and jump right to the auto ticketing machine with your e-vouchers from Klook!
I totally recommend everyone to get from Klook! Its so convenient and saves you some money!
They had more variety of tickets for different countries, just go visit them!
2. Check weather forecast! Don't go on rainy days.
3. Print out park map or plan your route beforehand!
If not you gonna miss out the good rides due to the long queue
4. Go in the morning and on weekdays, best to go when the park opens!
Don't get distracted by the meet-and-greet mascots at the start, head in straight to the long queue rides first! Especially, Autopia ride. Just ride as many time as you can before the queue gets crazy!
5. Know the season, dress light/comfortable and carry light!
The park is HUGE and you will do loads of walking.
We took the Disney MTR train for the magical theme cabins (:
Every single one stopped here and took photo with the entrance sign.
It was so hard to get a shot without anyone in the background, the crowd just kept coming..
Our physical tickets from the auto ticketing machine (:
First booth at entrance selling head wears/head bands.
Go in to the biggest souvenir shop for more designs, if not you gonna regret!
BAYMAX!!
First ride!! OMG im fan-girling all over!
The ride was so fun! But the queue got so long later in the day.
Oh yeah, I bought the pooh and friends tsum tsum headband ^^
Jungle Cruise Ride. This was GOOD too!
Tarzan Treehouse
Must try Mickey Mouse waffle! Surprisingly, it was really good!
Price wise still reasonable as a theme park snack.
Wanted to get this too, but I have no more space in my bedroom. Aishhh.
All the Instagrammer girls be taking OOTD/POTD shots with these balloons.
We had our lunch at the Corner Cafe, the food was very good!
The food portion was big too, worth the price!
Flights of Fantasy Parade at 3pm. Don't miss it!
We camped on the road side kerb under the scorching hot sun
to get a good seat/view for the parade.
Everyone waited for almost 45mins before the parade started.
I got so tanned after that!
My favourite!!! So sad that Pooh didn't came out for meet-and-greet that day :(
Toy Story Land!
Only in HK Disneyland.
Toy soldier parachute drop
RC Racer
Slinky dog sling
Mystic Manor
It's a small world ride
Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars
Disney Paint the Night Parade at 8pm.
Another must watch parade right before the magical fireworks!
Disney in the Stars Fireworks Show at 9pm
No matter how late or how tired you are, you MUST MUST stay for this!
Watch this every night if you have a 2-day pass.
Its so MAGICAL and WONDERFUL!!
Will do a video edit of the parades and fireworks soon and post it up again.
Please stay tune (:
Dinner back at Mongkok @ Tai Hing
Tai Hing Roast Restaurant Shop A, G/F. Grand Tower II 639 Natthan Road, Mongkok, Hong Kong
They have all types of roasted meat, recommended by friend's local friend.
The egg was the BEST out of all! We went back on the last night for more eggs, just can't get enough of it. Even up till now, we are still craving for it in SG.
YES IT'S THAT NICE! *both thumbs up*
Ft. the authentic way of serving HK milk tea!
Just look at the damage made at the end of the day. Did I go disneyland to shop or play hahaha~
