Taiwan Travelogue 7D6N - Day 1

Yay to window seat! Fluffy white clouds in the air(: 4 hours flight with Tigerair is a torture to me. First time taking budget airline, didn't know the seat will be this uncomfortable :/
Upon arriving, we dropped by ChungHwa Telecom outlet after the custom. We each bought the 7 Day Pass for NT500 = SGD21.90 with free NT150 for local and overseas call and unlimited 3G Data(:
Taking HSR from Taoyuan Station to Taichung Station.

About 45mins ride to Taichung.
Getting on a taxi to our accommodation. The interior of the cab was fully "decorated" with advertisements.

We booked the Mickey Mouse Suite for 4. About NT1880 = SGD80.56 per night

Heading out to Fengjia Night Market at night. A very short walk from the hostel! Super convenient!
Pretty similar to Hong Kong streets. The entire road is filled with eateries and stalls selling all kind of food!



The super big signboard at the entrance. Once you see this, just enter and the whole street down is food for you! You definitely won't miss it!
The MUST TRY rice wrapped sausage! We got there earlier, so the queue was quite okay. Those who came later have to queue even longer. Really very nice!! I LIKE :D
Taking away all these food back to hostel to eat, as i wasn't feeling very well that night.
